All sessions must be scheduled in advance.Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid penalties.Late cancellations may result in a 50% charge of the session fee.

Refunds

No refunds are issued for completed or performed services.Package cancellations before the first session are subject to a 24% processing fee (see Refund Policy).
