Aya Ambitions strives for excellence in delivering quantum wellness services. Below are the guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule sessions at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees.Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the session fee.

2. Package Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels their entire package before the first session and after the 12-hour period, a 24% processing fee will apply.Once any session has been completed, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

3. Completed Sessions

Refunds are not available for completed sessions or services.

4. Refund Processing

Should a refund be approved, it will be processed within

7-10 business days

to the original payment method.
